Healthcare Platinum AU is a Melbourne-based disability support provider dedicated to delivering personalised, respectful and empowering support to people of all abilities.
We believe quality support begins with listening. By building genuine relationships and understanding each person's individual goals, needs and circumstances, we support participants to build independence, confidence and meaningful connections within their community.
Our Story
Healthcare Platinum AU began from a deeply personal understanding of disability.
Our founder's sister began her hearing journey at just nine months old, giving our family first-hand experience of the challenges, milestones and triumphs that can come with disability.
That experience shaped a simple belief: people deserve more than a service—they deserve support that understands.
Healthcare Platinum AU was created to provide compassionate, reliable and person-centred support where every individual feels seen, heard and valued.
What We Do
We provide a range of disability and NDIS-aligned supports designed to help participants work towards their individual goals, including:

Support Coordination – helping participants understand and implement their NDIS plans, connect with providers and build their support network.

Our approach focuses on building capacity rather than simply completing tasks. We want participants to have greater choice, control and confidence in their everyday lives.

Here When You Need Us
Our administrative team is available Monday to Friday for enquiries, bookings and service coordination.
Participant support services can operate 24/7 according to individual support arrangements, because support needs don't always fit within ordinary business hours.

We offer a Free consultation once you sign up through phone or web inquiry.

Tailoring Services to You
We will ask you some questions regarding your Needs, Goals, and Allied health Needs (This will provide us with all the information we need to provide the services you require).

Services Starting
We will arrange a time for an at-home visit to meet and sign a service agreement. Services will commence once a Support Worker has been allocated to assist you.
Personal Care Support
Healthcare Platinum AU provides personalised in-home care to support your daily routine with comfort and independence. Our experienced support workers can assist with personal care, dressing, grooming and medication support where appropriate, helping you start your day with confidence and ease.
Multilingual Team
At Healthcare Platinum you can be heard and spoken to in both English and Arabic.
Our bilingual team can assist people of color, refugees, and those who are vulnerable due to language barriers.
Community Access
Access your community safely and confidently with Healthcare Platinum AU. Our support workers can assist with appointments, social events, hobbies, recreation, sports, arts, volunteering and community activities, helping you stay connected and independent.
