Our Story
Our journey is personal. Inspired by the lived experience of our founder, whose sister began her hearing journey at just 9 months old, we understand first-hand the challenges and triumphs that come with disability. This experience shaped our passion for providing not just support—but support that understands.

We offer a Free consultation once you sign up through phone or web inquiry.

Tailoring Services to You
We will ask you some questions regarding your Needs, Goals, and Allied health Needs (This will provide us with all the information we need to provide the services you require).

Services Starting
We will arrange a time for an at-home visit to meet and sign a service agreement. Services will commence once a Support Worker has been allocated to assist you.
Personal Care Support
Healthcare Platinum provides personal care services to clients who require this service.
Enjoy personal services from an experienced support worker in the comfort of your own home.
Start your day with comfort and ease promptly.
Experience dressing and grooming with ease and comfort.
Healthcare Platinum Support Workers can provide Medication Administration if requested.
Community Access
Safely access the community with Healthcare Platinum support workers.
Attend your appointment, and attend other social events with comfort and ease.
Our support workers support can and will support you throughout the event.
This includes hobbies, recreation, leisure, sports, arts, gardening, and community programs such as work, and volunteering.
Multilingual Team
At Healthcare Platinum you can be heard and spoken to in both English and Arabic.
Our bilingual team can assist people of color, refugees, and those who are vulnerable due to language barriers.
